Data is maintained and controlled at the customer or site level and is not part of any shared or public database.

Data collected through RVIN™ is tied to the customer and the site where it is deployed. Customers control how their data is used, accessed, and retained. We do not sell or monetize customer data.
RVIN™ may analyze and correlate vehicle activity across sites within a customer's environment to provide meaningful context. This is not an open or public network — access is limited and controlled.
RVIN™ is built to detect and organize vehicle activity into clear, actionable events. The system is designed for operational awareness — not for tracking individuals or building movement profiles across unrelated environments.
Data is stored with access controls, encrypted in transit, and retained only as needed for operations. Retention rules are configurable per customer requirement.

RVIN™ processes only the information necessary to generate useful events, including:
- License plates
- Vehicle images
- Timestamps
- Location context

Requests for data must follow appropriate legal processes and are reviewed carefully. We do not provide access to data without proper authorization. This applies equally to:
- Law enforcement inquiries
- Third-party legal requests
- Insurance or incident investigation requests
- Civil subpoenas
